The class starts with a warm up (some simple punching and kicking combinations) and then we get to work on the heavy bags. Heavy bag work will provide you with a workout that blows all others away! After a hard day at work, it is a great stress relief.
How to Get Started
It’s easy – make an appointment for a free class from the list below. Students should wear whatever they feel comfortable punching and kicking in – most students wear a t-shirt with shorts or pants. We will provide you with a pair of gloves for your first class. All fitness levels are welcome. Never tried kickboxing? Don’t worry! We have beginners in every class, and our instructors don’t bite! After class is over, we can sit down and discuss our membership options.
