Little Dragons, Ages 3-4
Little Ninjas, Ages 5-6
A preliminary martial arts training course focusing on basic skills: focus, teamwork, control, balance, memory, discipline, fitness and coordination.
Samurais, Ages 7-9
These courses target 8 advanced skills that children of this age group are in the process of developing: concentration, perseverance, courage, intensity, speed, agility, technique and flexibility.
Juniors, Ages 10-14
An innovative children's martial arts program that targets the characteristics of pre-teens to help them develop physically, emotionally, socially and intellectually.
American Freestyle Karate
Learn self-defense while getting a workout that is interesting and fun! If you would like to improve your focus, concentration or attention span, karate is the answer for you!
Fitness Kickboxing
Want to burn from 600-800 calories per hour? Our kickboxing class is the ultimate workout. We offer a true kickboxing class with great music and work on heavy bags that will leave you sweaty, smiling and relaxed.
Kickboxing Fusion
Combines the intense bag work from our fitness kickboxing class with different training equipment to shape and tone your body.
Mixed Martial Arts
In this class students will learn how to transition from Stand Up fighting to Ground Fighting, utilizing techniques from Boxing, Muay Thai, Judo, Submission Wrestling, and Ju Jitsu.
Hapkido
Hapkido incorporates powerful punches, strikes & kicks like Tae Kwon Do, throws & holds like Judo and joint locks bone breaking & pressure point attacks like Aikido & Jujitsu. This is a mixture that requires students to achieve a true balance of action, mediation, speed and power. This combination combined with “Water & Circle” principles provide an adaptable defense that blends with an attackers assault to quickly bring peace to an otherwise unpleasant situation.
Operation Boot Camp
Boot Camp is a 30-day program with fun and varied workouts - a refreshing change from the gym. There is accountability from start to finish because we keep track of attendance, monitor fitness
progress and help you make healthy food choices. We will also help you form habits that you will benefit from for the rest of your life and challenge you to step out of your comfort zone - the only way to reach your goals.
