I have always been an active person, but very quickly became tired of the usual, repetitive work out you get a regular gym. With kickboxing, you get an amazing cardio work out as you pound your day’s frustrations out on the bag. As a nursing student at Georgia State, I value the importance of health and fitness in every day life. I plan my classes so that they are challenging, but definitely doable and fun.
