Kickboxing Circuit is the best of both worlds! This class has stations with a variety of movements and equipment. This HIIT class is great for a cardio burn and toning up with strength-based exercises.

We’ve taken body weight movements, mixed in some medicine balls and kettlebells to create this muscle-toning, 6 pack creating class. You will blast through a mix of strength and cardio stations in this 30 minute calorie-torching class.

Get your row on in this 45-minute circuit class! This class mixes rowing on a low-impact, indoor rower with a variety of bodyweight movements. We are beginner friendly and will teach you everything you need to know to get started!

This place is AMAZING! The classes are a blast and the instructors are motivating and knowledgeable. After learning the basics, instructors were happy to give me more challenging exercises. A lot of the instructors have black belts, so they are great at teaching correct form and technique… which made it so I can kick even harder! I am stronger and healthier than I have ever been. I have also lost 30lbs since I started coming here. Working out here is so much fun that sometimes I forget I’m working out!

Atlanta Kick is an oasis of nice, friendly people who all come together to learn different skills and improve their physical condition. Instructors know me by sight and name and they ask my husband where I am when I miss a class. The people in my classes have different body types and there’s a great mix of gender, skill, and age. The only competition comes from myself as I try to get better with each class. I can’t recommend Atlanta Kick highly enough. It’s a bargain and you can make safe and continuous progress on your fitness goals. Plus, it’s just a lot of fun!
