This class mixes punching and kicking on a heavy bag with fun body weight movements to create the ultimate cardio experience. Burn up to 600 calories in class! We provide gloves, so all you need to bring is your A-game!



Are you ready to take your fitness goals to the next level? This HIIT class is led by friendly, knowledegable, and passionate Fitness Coaches to help you BURN body fat and build lean muscle mass. Using rowers, bikes, kettlebells, boxes, resistance bands, and MORE – you will always have something new to keep you curious and challenged. This class is open to ALL fitness levels, so beginners are encouraged to begin their fitness journey here!



Strength Basics class is all about the technique in the bodyweight and barbell exercises that you will see in our Strength classes. Our knowledgeable Fitness Coaches will teach you how to do all of our foundational movements safely and effectively by breaking down the mechanics in squats, presses, deadlifts, push-ups, and more. If you are a beginner or just want to learn more about HOW everything works, join us in a gradual step-by-step approach to fitness. Practice makes perfect!

This place is AMAZING! The classes are a blast and the instructors are motivating and knowledgeable. After learning the basics, instructors were happy to give me more challenging exercises. A lot of the instructors have black belts, so they are great at teaching correct form and technique… which made it so I can kick even harder! I am stronger and healthier than I have ever been. I have also lost 30lbs since I started coming here. Working out here is so much fun that sometimes I forget I’m working out!

Atlanta Kick is an oasis of nice, friendly people who all come together to learn different skills and improve their physical condition. Instructors know me by sight and name and they ask my husband where I am when I miss a class. The people in my classes have different body types and there’s a great mix of gender, skill, and age. The only competition comes from myself as I try to get better with each class. I can’t recommend Atlanta Kick highly enough. It’s a bargain and you can make safe and continuous progress on your fitness goals. Plus, it’s just a lot of fun!
