Mike has trained for years as a boxer and martial artist and has trained with top notch athletes to help them achieve their goals. He is a certified Personal Trainer and Kettlebell and Kickboxing instructor. In addition to training groups at Atlanta Kick, he is available for personal and small group training using a mix of aerobics, calisthenics and resistance tailored to your goals, your body, and your unique abilities.
