Imagine burning 600 calories an hour while having the time of your life! Kickboxing beats running in place on a machine – and keeps you interested and motivated. Whether you’re a beginner or expert athlete, our classes will leave you sweaty and smiley!
The class starts with a warm up (some simple punching and kicking combinations) and then we get to work on the heavy bags. Heavy bag work will provide you with a workout that blows all others away! After a hard day at work, it is a great stress relief.
